The main objective of the restructuring is to make the operation to be more efficient and better organized in order for FHMEq to have better focused on its core business with a revised strategies and financial plan.

The machinery offered by the company are mainly Hydraulic Excavator, Bull Dozer, Wheel Loader, Hydraulic Breaker, Motor Grader, Clump Truck, Vibratory Roller, Crane and Backhoe Loader. They are established brands such as Hitachi, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Case, Mitsubishi, Dyanapac, Bomag, Ingersoll Rand, Sakai, Nissan, Isuzu Jno, Kato Tadano and P & H. The industry sector would be mainly in Construction, Mining, Agriculture and Logging.
